The tough RT-1 soil temperature sensor is a simple sensor for recording the temperature of soil or other materials.
The sensor is stainless steel, totally water tight, fully submersible, and engineered for sustained outdoor use.
The durable temperature sensor can be linked with either the Em5B logger or the Em50 logger series. However, most users of the Em50 series logger prefer to measure soil temperature and soil moisture measurement using the 5TM.
