Krüss can provide Microscopes for biological examinations and Stereo Microscopes for applications in labs, industry and schools – ranging from less costly compact models for general use, to expandable professional devices for more complex applications. There also exists a metallurgic version – perfect for use in the identifying and analysing of all types of metal, including steel and alloys.
Accessories include adapters for video & photo cameras, image processing and connecting cables.
Krüss offers two ranges of Microscopes for the Biology Laboratory.
The MBL3200 is a professional inverse microscope, for identification and analysis of biological materials, includes both mirror reflex and video camera connection via photo and C-mount video adapter. The MBL3300 is the professional metallurgical microscope, for identifying and analysing steel connections and other metals, ideal for lab and industrial use (applications like quality analysis, raw material analysis and metal structure control after heat treatment). It has a photo tube for connection to a camera or video recorder.
MBL2000 microscopes are a range of durable, standard, multi-purpose binocular/trinocular microscopes for medical and biological exams in labs and education. This range has a binocular angled view with eye distance adjustment, with a dioptre compensation scale and permits coarse/fine modes to be set, it also is expandable to phase contrast features, and has graduated XY cross tables with coaxial operation.
The compact and less costly MML series monocular microscope, is designed for basic educational and lab uses, the ideal product for introducing microscopy. All MML devices have a 45 degree angled monocular head, and a 360 degree rotating optical head, together with a coarse/fine mode and built-in light source.
Krüss offers two models of Stereo Microscopes.
The MSL4000 series is a good value standard stereo microscope, giving varying magnification options, through versatile accessory options. It has a 45 degree angled view and eye distance adjustment, with the revolver having a two magnification capability.
To allow you to work anywhere, independent of an external electricity supply, the basic MSL model is equipped with a battery. The battery life is around 25 hours.
The MSZ5000 is a professional stereo microscope, providing a strong zoom which is suitable for the examination of electronics, precision engineering/synthetic/plastic products and medical products in inspection, assembly, analysis, soldering, polishing as well as precision/smooth finishing work. Perfect for quality analysis uses, it has a large zoom range and fantastic depth-focus.
